Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Our returns policy ensures that all returns meet strict criteria and comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) requirements. Please review the guidelines below carefully to ensure your return is eligible.

We offer store credit for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are provided for faulty or incorrect items in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

2. Get Ready To Return

Ensure you are familiar with our return requirements to be eligible to return.

3. Return Confirmed

Once your return is inspected and approved you will receive confirmation via email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. Be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
2. Be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, deodorant or body odour.
3. Have hygiene stickers and been tried on with underwear.
4. Be free from damage, makeup, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

We have the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.

If the return is rejected, the package will be returned, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Returns Information

  • We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.

    If your item arrived faulty, damaged or is incorrect please email us here or via our contact us page as soon as possible.

    When returning the damaged or incorrect product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it. We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is in the returned package.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    For confirmed faulty items, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed once a receipt is provided to our team.

    For late or missing refunds, first check with your bank and card issuer. If there are still issues, contact us at customercare@remmiebyriley.com.

    Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Store credit applies to change-of-mind returns only.

    All approved change-of-mind returns on full-price items are eligible for store credit. Store credit is available for 3 years from date of issue. 

    Store credits and gift cards are not refundable and cannot be transferred to cash or refund. 

    Shipping and return costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size or colour orders.

  • We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order following the above policy.

    For high-value returns (over $75), consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
