Our returns policy ensures that all returns meet strict criteria and complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) requirements. Please review the guidelines below carefully to ensure your return is eligible.

We offer store credit for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are provided for faulty or incorrect items in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

2. Get Ready To Return

Ensure you are familiar with our return requirements to be eligible to return.

3. Return Confirmed

Once your return is inspected and approved you will receive confirmation via email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. Be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
2. Be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, deodorant or body odour.
3. Have hygiene stickers and been tried on with underwear.
4. Be free from damage, makeup, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

We have the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.

If return is rejected the package will be returned and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
