Remmie's Return Policy
- All customers are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery providing the items are not final sales.
- We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.
Duration of Policy:
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must also be in the original packaging with the order summary.

Need to Exchange Sizes?
How to Proceed:
- Send your items back to our Returns PO Box with your name and order number.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a full store credit will be processed.
Australia Wide Returns:
- Australia Wide returns can be submitted through our Australia Post Portal.
- For returns from outside of Australia, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your items to:
- PO Box: 3157, Robina Town Centre, QLD 4230, Australia
- If you receive an incorrect item (including wrong color or size), please send a photo of the item to email@example.com.
- We will guide you on what to do next.
- Ensure the incorrect product is returned in the condition you received it.
- We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is included in the returned package.
Can I Swap Sizes If My Items Don't Fit Correctly?
Size Exchange Policy:
- Due to limited stock, we may be unable to swap sizes.
- Please refer to our size chart and select your size carefully.
