Remmie's Return Policy

General Policy:

  • All customers are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery providing the items are not final sales.
  • We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.

Duration of Policy:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must also be in the original packaging with the order summary.
  • For additional details, please refer to our DELIVERY & RETURNS page located at the bottom of the website.

Need to Exchange Sizes?

How to Proceed:

  • Send your items back to our Returns PO Box with your name and order number.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a full store credit will be processed.

  • For returns from outside of Australia, please email us at customercare@remmiebyriley.com and send your items to:

Resolution Process:

  • If you receive an incorrect item (including wrong color or size), please send a photo of the item to customercare@remmiebyriley.com.
  • We will guide you on what to do next.
  • Ensure the incorrect product is returned in the condition you received it.
  • We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is included in the returned package.

Can I Swap Sizes If My Items Don't Fit Correctly?

Size Exchange Policy:

  • Due to limited stock, we may be unable to swap sizes.
  • Please refer to our size chart and select your size carefully.
