SHIPPING POLICY


REMMIE processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Be advised that orders made on public holidays might face extended processing and shipping times.

If you place your order before 10 am AEST on weekdays (not including public holidays), we will ship it out on the same day. Any orders received after 10 am AEST or during weekends will be shipped the following business day. Note that during product launches and sales, there might be a slight delay in dispatch due to high volumes.

We strive to meet the delivery date provided at checkout, but please understand that we cannot guarantee this 100%. We will keep you informed via email about any updates or changes to your expected delivery time.

For international deliveries, items may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes as imposed by the destination country. These fees are outside REMMIE's control and vary widely by country. It's important for you to check with your local Customs office for specific charges before making a purchase.

Please note that duties and taxes are not refundable. They are mandated by your country's government, and REMMIE neither collects nor handles these fees.
