Remmie is located and ships all packages from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday AEST. If you place your order before 10 am AEST, it will be sent out the same business day. Keep in mind that during busy periods same-day dispatch might not be available due to the influx of orders. But don’t worry—we are worth the wait!

Non-Refundable Fees: Duties and taxes are not refundable, as they are government-imposed fees and REMMIE does not collect or manage these charges.
No, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning.
Refunds will only be provided in the unlikely event that an item is not in its intended original condition, is damaged or faulty as confirmed by our returns team.

When returning the damaged or incorrect product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it. We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is in the returned package.
