  • REMMIE processes and ships orders from Australia Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

    If you place your order before 10 am AEST on weekdays (not including public holidays), we will ship it out on the same day. Any orders received after 10 am AEST or during weekends will be shipped the following business day.

  • We aim to meet the delivery date provided at checkout but cannot guarantee it. We'll keep you updated via email on any changes to your delivery schedule.

  • REMMIE currently only ships to Australia, New Zealand, UK and Canada.

  • During busy periods same-day dispatch might not be available due to the influx of orders.

  • Our warehouse is located in Queensland, Australia and will be closed for any local and national holidays. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling during these periods.

  • Customs & Duties: International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond REMMIE's control, and it’s advised to check with your local customs office before purchasing.

    Non-Refundable Fees: Duties and taxes are not refundable, as they are government-imposed fees and REMMIE does not collect or manage these charges.

  • After your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Have your tracking number handy to monitor your shipment:

  • Occasionally, dispatch times may be impacted by factors outside our control, including delays in incoming stock, supplier timelines, or increased order volumes during peak periods.
