WHAT IS REMMIE'S RETURN POLICY?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the order summary.

NEED TO EXCHANGE SIZES?


Please send your items back to our Returns PO Box along with your name and order number. Once we have received and inspected your return, a full store credit will be processed.

 

Australia wide returns can be submitted through our Australia Post Portal 

For returns from outside of Australia please send us an email at info@remmiebyriley.com and send your items to:

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
On the rare occasion your item is faulty, please send us a photo with a detailed explanation of the fault to info@remmiebyriley.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know the next steps. 
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
If you have been sent an incorrect item (this includes incorrect colour or size) please send through a photo of your item to info@remmiebyriley.com - and we will be able to proceed with what to do next. 
When returning the incorrect product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it. We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is in the returned package.

CAN I SWAP SIZES IF MY ITEMS DON'T FIT CORRECTLY?
Due to having very limited stock, we may be unable to swap sizes for you. Please refer to our size chart and select your size carefully.
